Had a truly fantastic holiday! My husband and I caught some really fantastic double figure fish in the lake - very highly recommended. Cottage & views stunning! Our dog loved it too! Hope to come back again real soon.

Me and some friends just stayed here for the weekend and had a lovely time! We went surfing in Polzeath, ate seafood and pasties in Port Isaac (the town where Doc Martin is filmed!) and the cottage was a perfect place to host our murder mystery party in the evening! The rooms were all very spacious and I particularly liked the pool table! Cornwall is gorgeous! :) Thank you Lower Dutson Farm for such a wonderful weekend!

Having been on holiday here for the past 30 years I can honestly say that there is nowhere like it, with its gorgeous surroundings and friendly people it is very difficult at the end to pack up and leave. As a child I spent hours helping on the farm and now my children do the same, with the fishing lake only a field away there is no need to worry when your kids are out at play. So go on give it ago I'm sure you'll love it just as we do.

Could not recommend staying here more highly! The cottage had plenty of space for a large group of us to relax on a break from the city. We were very lucky with gorgeous autumnal weather, and explored some truly beautiful places. (We also explored the insides of some lovely pubs... roaring fires, excellent views and a port and lemon?! Yes please!) I can't thank the Broad's enough for being so welcoming. The weekend felt like a proper holiday.

This is our favourite holiday of the year and we so look forward to coming here for the relaxation, the fresh air and the lovely people. The fishing lake is only a short walk from the farm, with lots of good size fish in and quite easy to catch!! We particularly love walking in the fields and spending time with the animals. It is a very safe farm and the children can quite happily go off and play. The family who own the farm are incredibly friendly and accommodating and always have time for lots of questions. Both farmhouses are very comfortable and spacious. We will be coming back again next year.
