Lower Dutson Farm offers two holiday cottages and a caravan club site with river and coarse fishing on site. Ideally located to visit both Devon and Cornwall.

Availability & Prices

Fishing on the lake or on the river Tamar is free for guests staying at the cottages and dogs are welcome by arrangement at £20 per week in Meadows. Wi-Fi is available in both cottages. Nets of logs available @ the farm for Meadows wood burner.

Lettings are from Saturday to Saturday in both cottages.

If you would like to stay with us please fill out our contact form or telephone us to confirm availability. We ask for 50% as deposit with the balance paid on arrival. We would advise you to insure your holiday in case you need to cancel.

Short breaks available @ 50% of weekly price for two nights and 10% for every additional night (during off season dates). Outside of the high season and school holidays we can offer flexible arrival and departure dates. Open all year, short breaks available. Dates and prices are flexible for winter breaks.
